If Savannah has the choice of doing anything she wants in the house you will always find her at the computer! She loves it and its so funny because anytime one of us is not sitting in the computer chair she sneaks up and starts typing away. But she's not content poking at the keyboard with one finger - she has to use both hands and wiggle the mouse every so often. Its so funny to see, but very unhelpful! Yesterday morning David turned on the computer to start working and he said "whoa what happened..." because Savannah had managed to change the theme so all the words were purple and green...It's probably rotting her brain or ruining her corneas or something but I hope not because she's attracted to it like a magnet!
Here she noticed me taking pictures and decided she wanted to get my camera instead. Notice her red cheeks - we've been walking every morning and we both got so sunburned today because of all the new snow and wind! (and she is filthy from eating a sucker so I could keep shopping today:)
Also Savannah has 6 teeth now. She jumped from 2 to 6 in about 2 days! 4 on top 2 on bottom. I about lost it when she was up whining till 4AM! on Saturday night but now its all clear.

Pink Squeaky Shoes
A few weeks ago, I found these pink shoes for Savannah. I actually didn't know they squeaked till after I got them but Savannah loved them and they are what made her get really good at walking on her own. She loves that she can make them squeak herself! So I would recommend them to anyone who wants their kid to walk! I love that Savannah walks - lots of people told me it would be so much harder but even though I have to chase her around, I think its a thousand times easier than listening to her whine and whine at what she wants when she couldn't reach it herself! (and yes I posed those shoes like that...don't ask, I'm pretty sure its a disease!)
(Sorry this video is sideways, I didn't know it would come out like that...Here is our big walking girl...

Catch-up
With David working from home now (he quit Process Model to do his own consulting work), my computer time has been cut down a lot! So here are some things we've done that I would've posted about if David wasn't working (or playing World of Warcraft) on the computer...
We went to the Bean Museum at BYU to see the photo exibit that I entered (I didn't win anything but the exhibit is pretty cool. Here is Savannah and David next to the giant bear...this picture makes me very glad its dead!
We went to a cousins dinner at my Grandparents house in Bluffdale - it was fun except I never know what to say to my cousins because I only see them every few years. (Its like, "so you had a kid...good job!")
This is my cousin Heather and her baby Jordan - Jordan is 6 months older but they are the exact same height and weight:)
Savannah and I with matching messy hair...
Savannah always wants to use her own spoon now - not to feed herself but to shovel everything on the floor:
This is as much as you can catch of David in a picture without being more sneaky:)
Savannah with curlers in her hair and her favorite toy in the world (the remote).
Also my new photo website is finally up! heidisphotography.net
